Eligibility & Requirements
To qualify for our integrated financing program through RCBC, BDO, or UCPB, please ensure the following criteria are met:
Unencumbered Property (Lot Requirement):
The lot intended for construction must have a clean, clear title. It must not be currently under a mortgage, or have any existing liens or encumbrances.
Demonstrated Financial Capacity (Income Requirement):
To ensure mutual success, the borrower’s verified income must be sufficient to comfortably cover the monthly payments based on the total loaned amount. For married clients, the total monthly salaries of both spouses may be combined to meet the qualification requirements for the desired loan. This ensures a stress-free "win-win" situation for your financial future.
