Client Reporting & Methodology

In line with our commitment to Radical Transparency, all active projects are subject to our standard reporting protocol:

  • Weekly Site Walkthroughs: Clients receive immersive digital site tours to monitor progress remotely.

  • Live Updates: Real-time project milestones and communication provided through our dedicated portal.

Permits and Regulatory Compliance

As a PCAB Licensed firm (License No. 57992), JEMM Builders assumes responsibility for the coordination and processing of all essential documentation, including Building Permits, Zoning Clearances, and Homeowners Association (HOA) approvals. Clients agree to provide all necessary site documentation required for these filings.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Content

  • Proprietary Rights: All architectural designs, project renderings, and proprietary text displayed on www.jemmbuilders.com—specifically including our signature "White-Glove" Construction Service methodology—are the exclusive intellectual property of JEMM Builders & Construction Corporation. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial use of these specific assets is strictly prohibited.
